Volunteering with Albury Cat Rescue is a very rewarding way to give back to the community. As well as getting as much Cat therapy as you can handle, our fur friends also need there beds brushed, their water and food bowls cleaned and replenished, their litter trays cleaned and the floors swept, vacuumed and mopped.

There is also food dishes to be washed and there is laundry to be hung out and bought in.

*The ACR Shelter is located at a private residence, therefore we are very mindful to keep to a roster so we know exactly who will be there on specific shifts and we ask that, whenever possible to give us a few days notice if you are unable to attend your shift*

*Volunteering at Albury Cat Rescue is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. As much Cat therapy as you can handle and working along side amazing volunteers * S.W.

Volunteering at ACR has given me my life back. Before I started I was a depressed, miserable mess. I suffer from chronic depression and social anxiety. But when I am with the cats, Eva Cameron, and the other volunteers, I am in my happy place. It relieves stress and I go home feeling mentally refreshed. Come join me! You won't be disappointed!! 🐱❤KR.

I've always felt that volunteering with animals is the most amazing therapy. I always used to feel incredible after volunteering at ACR as well. It's not only spending the time with the cats, but also the most lovely and caring volunteers as well. Meeting Eva and Rae changed my life- they are both the most inspiring people I've met. DW
